Job Description:
Accounts responsibilities:
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
- Preparation of salary statement (ESI, PF and Professional Tax)
- Passing of accounting entries in Tally (Receipts and Payments Voucher)
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers)
- Maintenance of Books of Shops and Establishment Act, etc.
- Bank payment and receipt entries
- Verification andprocessing of vendor invoices
- Handling cash and bank transactions
- Assisting in bank related work
- Working knowledge of income tax (TDS), GST, Professional tax, E-way bill and usage of Winman system
- Coordination of audit work
- Preparing debit and credit notes
- Maintaining petty cash book
- Processing of journal vouchers
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable bills
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Assist payroll administration
- Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial records
- Preparing pay slips for the employees
- Preparing invoices for Indian and US clients, sending reminders for outstanding payments
- Preparing various account reports on a monthly basis
HR Admin responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring candidates for Unicita Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and its sister concern(s)
- On-boarding process, joining formalities and exit formalities
- Organizing events and team outing activities
- Organizing employees birthdays
- Employee counselingand grievance handling
- Maintaining the employee databaseand the recruitment database
- Managing and handling SEO services, website maintenance, and renewal activities
- Survey report/liaising with vendors, as and when required
- Handling travel agency coordination and travel insurance
- Job portal renewal coordination
- Maintenance of employees personal files
- Preparing/updating HR policy(ies), as and when required
- Managing leaves and attendance
- Transportation management, handling officialtravel ticket bookings, as and when required
- Managing and handling office requirements, for e.g., laptops, anti-virus protection renewals, etc.
- Managing internal data backup
- Notary/ Courier/ Stationary management
- Updating in ward and out ward material documents
- Interacting with vendors for various requirements
- Electrical and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) maintenance
- Housekeeping activities
- Compiling reports
- Dealing with government agencies, statutory authorities and various external agencies
- Overseeing infrastructure management such as electrical and UPS maintenance housekeeping, facilities and space planning
- Maintenance ofpremises
- Office purchases
- Preparing increment/promotion letters during appraisal time

Desired Profile:
- B.com/BBM/M Com graduate with 3 years corporate experience
- Working experiencein Tally, Winman and MS Excel and MS word
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills in English
- Should be fluent in Kannada and English (Mandatory)
