Legal Associate

Job Description:

  • Interact successfully with international clients and foreign law firms.
  • Drafting summary motions, complaints, preparing depositions and case summaries.
  • Legal research and white papers.
  • U.S and U.K trademark searches, filing applications, preparing responses to office actions and drafting appeal briefs.

Desired Profile:

  • B.A LLB (5 year Law degree) graduate with 1 year experience in a law firm, LPO or Company. (Freshers are also welcome to sign up for the entrance test).
  • An excellent writing, editing and communication skill in English is a must.
  • Prior experience in US Patent and Trademark law is an advantage.
  • Only Bangalore based candidates or candidates planning to relocate need to apply.
